The hotel's rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The only downside was the initial oversized and hard pillows, but they were promptly changed upon request. The service was excellent, especially Krishan Gopal who assisted me calmly and was extremely courteous. The location on the Racecourse was outstanding and made it more accessible from the city center. The dining experience, while heavy on the south Indian menu, offered several good options. Overall, a value-for-money stay with a few minor hiccups.
My stay at this hotel was an incredible experience. The rooms were a bit bigger than expected, and with the help of my local friend, I was able to switch to a non-smoking zone. Staying connected to family and friends back home was easy at this hotel. However, some improvements could be made in the dining area.
